A three-day interactive approach to implementation that features 6-8 hour training days with time to ask questions and let concepts "settle in" during the process.

Day One - Understanding Policy Governance^® as a system of leadership
Day Two - Policy Blitz - with the benefit of a template, policies are written to fit your organization.
Day Three - understanding and writing Ends policies

The three days can be scheduled according to client preferences, but generally the first two days are done back-to-back. Day Three is typically scheduled 2-6 weeks later, with a focus on writing Ends policies and responding to questions and issues that may have come up during initial considerations.

Excel Still More is a Policy Governance^® service agreement available to clients for an annual fee. The service includes webinar training for new and prospective board members, a copy of the PowerPoint presentations and handouts for use in orienting new board members, articles addressing issues related to both understanding and implementation of Policy Governance^®, and up to 12 hours of consultation with Dr. Graybeal via phone or email.

Board Audit is a thorough evaluation of a board's effectiveness using Policy Governance^® involving on-site observation of a regular board meeting and interviews with board members and constituents.

Advanced (or refresher) governance training is available on-site to address specific client needs.

Spiritual Formation Audit is an assessment of the spiritual formation climate of a Christian school. A team is assigned for a three-day on-site visit involving both quantitative and qualitative research. (How Do You Know?)
